All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, vehicle type, and circumstances of the incident.

Booking and Cancellation

Service Requests

  • Services can be requested 24/7 via phone or online form
  • We aim to respond to emergency requests within 60 minutes
  • All service requests are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Accurate information must be provided at the time of booking

Cancellation Policy

  • Services can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before scheduled arrival
  • Cancellation fees may apply if a recovery vehicle is already dispatched
  • Replacement vehicles must be returned within 30 days or as agreed
  • Late return fees may apply for overdue replacement vehicles

Payment Terms

  • Payment is typically handled directly with insurance companies
  • Credit/debit card details may be required for security deposits
  • Additional charges may apply for premium services or extended rental
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable
  • Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt
  • Late payment fees may be charged on overdue accounts

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
  • Be present or arrange representation during vehicle recovery
  • Maintain valid insurance coverage for your vehicle
  • Report any damage to replacement vehicles immediately
  • Return replacement vehicles in the same condition as received

  • Comply with all traffic laws and regulations when using replacement vehicles

Liability and Insurance

Our Liability

  • We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided
  • We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
  • We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles

Customer Liability

  • Customers are responsible for damage to replacement vehicles
  • Traffic violations and fines are the customer's responsibility
  • Customers must maintain valid insurance coverage
  • Customers are liable for fuel costs and usage charges

Service Limitations

Our services are subject to the following limitations:

  • Services are available within the UK mainland only
  • Some locations may have limited availability
  • Vehicle recovery may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions
  • Replacement vehicles are subject to availability and may not be identical to your vehicle
  • We reserve the right to refuse service in certain circumstances
  • Services may be limited during extreme weather conditions
